The Truth're a quitter. Okay maybe that is too harsh, truth is I'm a quitter, Siegel Shapiro is a quitter. Okay I was until a little bit ago. Now I am not! Hooray for me!

Not even 10 minutes ago, I realized that I give up too easily on most things, and quit. There are a few things that I haven't given up on which are: God, Love, Shopping, and Coffee. Almost everything else I've wavered in, stopped or completely given up on, for various reasons. All of the reasons aren't good ones, so there is no reason why I should have quit. Mainly I quit because I didn't believe in myself, and didn't think I was worth it, or that the endeavor was truly worth it. I thought this because I wasn't seeing results. I know as Christians we are to believe Hebrews 11:1 which says "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen", but can I be honest? THAT IS HARD when you continue doing things, and you aren't seeing results. This is where the scripture Mark 9:24 comes in handy it says " Lord, I believe; help thou my unbelief". For me this is saying; God I know you called me to do something, I know I find my Purpose and Destiny in you, but right now it's a little hard for me to see this thing, help me!!

It is as though we get blindsided by what others are doing, when this shouldn't be the case, because then we aren't focusing on our own tasks and being the best that we can be. There was a incident that happened and I was thinking well why wasn't I asked to do it, I should just quit, there's no point in me doing this anymore of I'm not gonna be able to help who I want to help...blah blah blah more negative thoughts followed. Then I received a revelation that I'm not supposed to help everyone! There may be some that I want to help, but I am not meant to help. Stay in your lane Siegel and focus on YOURself, YOUR goals, and YOUR purpose. Of course there are going to be others doing the same thing as you, Ecclesiastes 1:9 says "History merely repeats itself. I has all been done before. Nothing under the sun is truly new". So what other people are doing what you are doing, or what I am doing, but guess what? They can't do it like you can, or like I can. They don't have your flavor, your ideas, your twist and originality when it comes to it. Therefore you need to do you, and get it done! Quit being a quitter! You're wasting your gifts, and ultimately your wasting time, and not fulfilling your purpose. You can't blame anyone but yourself!

Or maybe you've quit because others have discouraged you. Maybe you told them your wonderful idea, and instead of them being supportive and giving you encouraging feedback they were just like ohh okay I see, or maybe they said you can't do that because you don't have the money, and you need this, this, this, and that. If this has happened you've got to let it go, and believe in yourself enough to push and work for what you believe in. If someone tries to discourage you in the future, I dare you to put your hand up and just say STOP, and end the conversation. We don't have time to entertain negativity, we have got to keep pressing toward the mark!

Quitting is the easiest thing of all to do. It takes no effort, but in the end it costs you a lot. It can cost you: money, future opportunities, your purpose and destiny, happiness, connections, and a lot of other things.

We have to make up in our minds that we will quit being quitters. We are worth more and we deserve better. We have to believe in our ideas like our lives depend on them. If we don't believe in our ideas then we can't get others to believe in them. Be your own cheerleader if you have to. Encourage yourself to finish strong!

Let's make a pact, that from this day forward WE will quit being quitters and start being Men and Women of action. We will be go-getters, dream chasers, unstoppable lovely human beings.

"And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you" Philippians 1:6.

Be honest, aren't you tired of quitting? I know I was!

It IS Well so Be Brave
